RecommendedLinda and Tyrla are the BEST in San Diego! Linda is the only therapist that has ever been able to get that knot under my left shoulder blade to relax. I've been seeing her exclusively for over 20 years. I know every time I leave her after a massage and acupuncture session, I will be relaxed and at ease for weeks. Tyrla is so very gentle and knowledgeable. She knows exactly the right things someone with super sensitive skin needs to feel beautiful, glowing and relaxed

I have been working with Tyrla for over 12 years. In that time I have moved to LA and Temecula. I will ALWAYS drive to TL Spa for my spa needs. No one else is touching my eyebrows ;) but her. Tyrla and Linda, I think are part therapist, too. It is like talking to my bestie while she is giving me the royal treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and gorgeous. You can tell they love what they do and are great at it.
Great people and wonderful services! My day is always better after a visit to see Tyrla!
