We’ve had this company do projects for us twice and had great service both times. The first was a couple years ago when we had a situation with our roof in autumn. Everyone was booked out till the next year, but T.L. Brunette managed to fit us in before the snow fell, potentially saving us more severe damage the following spring. Called and talked to them about a quote and they said to send them our plans and they would give us a quote. Mailed them our house plans and it’s been over four months with no reply. They were reminded but still nothing.
