Dr. Shalin & Dr. Kumar are the best. I was Dr.Shalin and Dr. Kumar’s nurse and they actually care about the patients well being! If you are looking for a great doctor you won’t find a better pair of doctors than the two of them!
I have been a patient of Dr Kumar’s for ~15 years. He has always taken good care of me. I recommend him highly!!
Dr. Sathianathan (aka Dr. Kumar) is my PCP and he is kind, listens, and never rushes me in and out. I fully trust my health in his very capable hands.
Dr. Kumar was supposed to complete a full exam. All he did was use the stethoscope in a few places and then proceeded to look at his laptop the whole time. When I asked him for alternatives to medicine, he only insisted on taking prescriptions. He isn’t open to any other medicine practice than prescriptions. The bedside manner is poor and it is just a business. Patient care is at the bottom of the list. The nurse was very kind and thorough.
Staff was extremely rude and condescending. The appointment my friend was supposed to have was terminated before it could start because they refused to respect her athsma and anxiety and inability to properly wear a mask. The office let her get through her vitals and everything before informing her very rudely that she would not be allowed to see the Doctor.
