What a disappointment this company is. No call, no show. Then 3 weeks after he was to take down 2 dead limbs, he's doing my next door neighbors tree which had a fallen limb and dented the gutter. That's what I was trying to avoid happening. I went over and talked to Tim. Again, same. No call, no show on a 2nd date. He also left deep, long rutts in my yard when he did the neighbors tree when he took it upon himself to use my yard to back the lift up to their tree, didn't ask permission. This crew showed up to, I guess, trim the tree on the property next to our fence line. They were cutting the limbs over our house which is fine and I was asked by a member of the crew to stay out back and not go out front. Well, the next time I took my dogs out back the cutter in the boom lift was actively cutting and dropping limbs ON MY DOGS while they were outside. T & J were fantastic!! They removed our tree and our neighbors tree which came down in a recent storm. The trees were taking up both front yards and they cleaned up everything along with grinding the tree stump for a great price! Our yards look like there was never a tree there. We highly recommend them and hopefully we don’t have any more trees come down but if so this is who we are calling! Thank you T & J!!
