Miss the previous owners touch
The sandwiches may be good but the service is horrible. You can forget calling to place an order because I waited on hold for 20mins and still had to go in person to place an order. I was told to pick up at 1pm and the food wasn't ready and they asked me to come back at 2pm. At 2pm the sandwiches so weren't ready. I waited another 30mins before receiving my food.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service today. I placed an order for sandwiches with a scheduled pickup time, and now it’s been over an hour past that time and I’m still waiting. This delay has completely thrown off my schedule. Today is my daughter’s prom send-off, which is a very important moment for her, and we are now behind because of this situation. I eat plant based and can only have their salads and veggie sub sandwiches, but they are always on point. Went to an event held at their venue space in the back of the restaurant and it is beautifully decorated. Considering having my next big birthday dinner party here.
When I mean the customer service was top tier!!!! Went for a repast and the food they catered was amazing. Will always support this black owner business.
