RecommendedThank you Wesley and Ms Shawn!!! On July 9, 2020, my vehicle broke down in Ville Platte at 4:40 pm! I called the service department hoping to get some help but doubting I would since it was so close to closing time. Wesley came to the location I was at and got my car going, well at least got me to the dealership! Ms Shawn arranged for a quick rental and I was able to get to Opelousas for business. Spent over $3000 on repairs and still had to take our vehicle to another Ford dealer to have it done correctly. Service department staff is rude and owner uninterested in our complaint.
It did not take long for the oil change and tire rotation. I was pleased about that. They just forgot to reset the oil change notice in car but I was able to do it after I googled it.
They are awesome group of people to be around!! Especially the service Department
