Broken hearted yet grateful. Who could have guessed that I would have my car towed to T & J Auto service the day before it's last day of business? I moved to Asheville 5 years ago and was soon in need of an auto specialist. A coworker whole heatedly recommended T & J. I soon found out why. Same day car inspection with emissions rating. It was $30 and the service was quick. Happy customer!
Excellent service! when I first arrived, the attendant was very friendly, but she said it would be at least an hour before they could do my inspection because they had so many ahead of me. The next thing I knew it was done. I may have waited 10 minutes unbelievable! Apparently the mechanic assisted with the inspection so they worked together to make it happen, five stars!
These guys are incredible. I had an AC compressor die, needed it fixed quickly because of travel and they got me in the same day I called, fixed everything Including a tensioner, and did it at a very fair and reasonable price. This will be my new go to mechanic from now on
Let me start by saying, it is very difficult for me to allow anyone to work on my vehicles. Being a technician and service department manager for the better part of 35 years, I am very picky as I want to make sure the proper diagnostic flow charts are filled in make sure 100% correct diagnosis is achieved. Having said this. The folks at T&J knocked my visit out of the park.
