5-Star Service by T&G and Lynnae! They installed our solar approximately 8 years ago; over time, the system and monitor have experienced updates. Lynnae was patient enough to take my call and walk me through the new monitor app as well as give me some great insight on current utility billing and provide me with ideas of how we can best manage our electrical usage. T&G Roofing Did an entire roof replacement of concrete tiles on our home. They were incredibly professional, accommodating to special requests, and I really felt as if they treated our home as if it were their own. We had brand new stamped concrete done prior to the roof replacement and they went out of their way to make sure no heavy duty trucks or equipment drove onto our new concrete as to minimize any risks of cracking. My mother called them to fix a roof leak on her home and after claiming to have fixed it, the leak still persisted. She was frustrated and in turn it was frustrating for me which is why I'm writing this review. Thanks for responding. My mother was upset by the whole ordeal and feels like she didn't get the customer service she deserved which is why I wrote this review. We found an alternate solution but please try to do better next time.
First off, let’s start with unprofessional. Not only is that being nice but the lies they throw at you to close you out. Not standing behind their “quality” of work. These guys should not be able to touch another home!!
