I have purchased 2 volvos from Terry in the past 11 years, the 2nd being recent. Both experiences were fantastic. Terry, Nancy and Jake are all helpful and accommodating. I went back to Parolins the second time because of how well they took care of me the first time. The reviews stating there was severe vehicle issues within a month and they were ripped off are completely untrue. No vehicle leaves that lot not in tip top shape. Disappointed with extremely poor communication from sales staff. Attended on multiple occasions to get details on and purchase Tesla. Was told they would contact me once they had the info and it was back from Dealership as they weren’t able to repair. Even offered to leave deposit but was assured on several occasions they would call. They never contacted me. Messaged and called once I saw it back onsite but saw moved to sold section of site without any return call.
