Bought our used Mercedes SUV in May of 2024. Jake could not have been more professional to deal with. Very honest and helpful in understanding features and ensuring we were comfortable with the purchase. Within a month a light related to the battery came on and he ensured the replacement of the battery was quickly and efficiently handled, no questions asked. Very very poor experience and would recommend anyone with cars they care about to go elsewhere. We recently brought them our brand new 2024 vehicle for a winter tire swap and unfortunately the wheels we had didn’t fit, not at all their fault but they somehow managed to put on two ENTIRELY different width wheels on the same axle which honestly could have been catastrophic since they were nearly rubbing on the suspension components, and no one in my family would have noticed unless I was there which is very scary. I have been with Parolin since 2016. Since then I have have 3 vehicles from them. I have also bought many tire and wheel sets from them. I am extremely happy with my purchases. Their after sales service, support and care is excellent. I have done couple of trade ins as well. For the trade ins, they gave me the best offer for the vehicle (I have compared with two others - Hopper and Tesla). All my services / tire switches etc has been done through Parolin.
