I've been going to this place for 8+ years and it has tanked since Gurley left. It not LGBT friendly care anymore. I get mis-gendered by staff on the regular and they messed up my prescriptions. The only reason it's not a 1 is because Dwayne is still there.
If you’re considering this place because of the rating, sort the reviews by new. I’ve been coming here for 3 years without issues, but under new ownership, the service has tanked. I've spent 3 weeks trying to refill a prescription, leaving messages with no response. Turns out my doctor left, but no one bothered to inform me. Unprofessional and frustrating.
I have been a patient here for years and sadly the bulk of recent reviews is rather reflective of the practice as it stands. They are severely understaffed and it's impossible to get an appt to see your doctor unless you are willing to wait a couple months. Today the office called to inform me that my physician called out sick and his next availability was just over 2mos from now in January 2025.
