Place was great when Dr sneed owned it. Now they call multiple times to change appts because the doctor has taken on more than she can handle. Get to appointment and was told computer didn’t save your appointment but can try and get you in. Then tells you your insurance isn’t accepted anymore and that it is at another practice. Take off from work early again to go to appointment and was told that practice doesn’t take your insurance either. Very unprofessional. Will not be using any practice owned by Stephanie price again.
Had the best experience bringing my kids here and had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Dr. Jensen. She made the experience for my kids fun and easy!
This was my first visit and it was great! Fantastic and friendly staff with excellent customer service. Dr. Jensen took the time to answer all of my questions without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this office!
I had my first visit here today and I can say I am 100% satisfied. More than that even, it was a great appointment. So professional and helpful. The lady at the desk was absolutely grand and I can't speak more highly of the optometrist, Dr Jensen, who saw me. I would HIGHLY recommend this business
