We have a Breezeaire cooling unit that is 16.5 years old in our home in Fort Lauderdale. In early August we noticed that it was not cooling very well. We went to your web site and noticed T & D Air Conditioning was listed for non-warranty service. We called T & D and they came out and said that the unit had leaked freon and recommended that some dye be added to the system to determine where it is leaking and if it could be repaired. Customer service was not pleasant. Spoke to the owner himself Tedd he was Of no help neither did he wanted to find common grounds for the solution. And the lady in the phone in the office she just blatant attitude. Will NOT RECOMMEND THERE LOCATED BEHIND DAVIE BY THE SMALLEST WAREHOUSES. Cheap and inefficient. Thank you Ted and Dean
Fantastic service! Daniel showed up same day and was polite and efficient while he worked. Haven’t had any issues sense and the house is actually cool even in the heat of summer. Will be calling T&D for any future AC needs!
