We paid for a permit as part of the work contracted with Chris; however, the permit was never obtained. Over the past six months, we have made numerous attempts to contact Chris regarding this matter. Unfortunately, our calls and messages have gone unanswered, and no action has been taken to resolve the issue. We have provided ample time and opportunity for this matter to be corrected.
