I’m a MOG and found T. Carolyn online. I called this afternoon to see if the dress I liked could be ordered online. I also needed additional fabric and appliqués so my seamstress could make sleeves for the (sleeveless) dress. I was blown away by the OUTSTANDING service provided by Lena. Let me start by saying that I love this store! The first time I shopped here was for my other daughter’s wedding a few years ago and decided to come back for my youngest daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend T Carolyn Fashions. I began shopping for a dress for my son’s wedding way later than I should have. One phone call to Barbara, the owner/partner of the business, put my mind at ease as she helped me search for a dress. I brought my daughter to T. Carolyn Fashions today after leaving another shop nearby searching for a prom dress. We were extremely impressed with the store and staff. We were promptly greeted when we walked in the door and my daughter had someone assisting her the entire time we were there. The owner and staff went the extra mile to make the day extra special for both of us. I highly recommend this place!
What an amazing place to find a dress!! The staff was wonderful and Sonya Sheets was great to work with! I will always shop this store first when I need a special occasion gown (even though it is 8 hours away)!! Thanks for a fun experience Carolyn Fashions!
Yes they had a wide variety of dresses. But not the ones I was after and showed they had in store. Their reason "only an expat would wear those dresses in Houston". They were silk and satin designs. Yes I am English and that sure was an insult. After being insulted and shown a couple of dresses I was not helped AT ALL during my visit. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
Took our little sister there for her prom dress. They were tentative, fun, and helpful. She had tried to go prom dress shopping a couple weeks earlier and had a not-so-great experience at another shop. She said this one was polar-opposite. They made her feel welcomed and comfortable. If you want experienced and warm staff along with a great selection of dresses, check out this shop.
My daughter and I went to look for prom dresses yesterday. We walked in, started looking around, found the prom dresses. She tried 3 on, and not one store associate even greeted us. The dresses were pretty, but I wasn't gonna pay that kind of money with the lack of customer service. Will not be going back.
I visited the shop with friends to do a photoshoot. The staff was wonderful and they have great dresses for all size's! I would recommend this place to all woman looking for a dress for a party, wedding, or even a cruise.
