Came in and no one offered to help. People came in after me and were warmly greeted and helped. It was busy. I get that. But no one said - be with you in a minute or look around and see if you want to try. Ignored.

I went on a Sunday (maybe my mistake for not calling ahead of time) but it was a prom only day well we walked in behind another group of ladies. Those ladies got greeted and walked through the store while my mother and aunt were ignored. We still decided to walk in and look around yet no one came to see how we were doing. We walked right out and will never go back. So sad because both my mom and aunt were ready to find their dress there for my upcoming wedding.
