Tyson was great to work with, responded within 24 hours when we had questions if not sooner. Our floor looks great and they were very professional, taking their time to make sure our floor was done with quality.
TC Flooring was fast, efficient and the quality of their work refinishing our wood floors was great. I was not familiar with TC before, but will certainly recommend them.
My experience with Tc flooring a friend of mine told me to go here she said that they were under new management and had a new installation crew. The crew went above and beyond to make us happy,and the service was great.I would refer them to anyone we are getting more work done to our floors soon and they also do total restoration work so they are putting a privacy fence up also.
My experience dealing with TC flooring was not good. My opinion is that they are unprofessional. In my case, appointments were not kept. Phone calls were not returned and workers did not show up all the time. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.
