We needed service while in Zanesville, Ohio the week after the 4th of July. They had been on vacation the holiday week during the heat wave that covered the east coast and much of the midwest. They are air condition specialists, so they were backed up with calls from regular customers. We explained our problem with our 2008 Ford extended 15-passenger van, and even though they were pretty much overwhelmed, they agreed to take our vehicle in, but said they likely could not service it until late in the week.
