Halie saw us getting up and was awesome! Asked what was wrong and asked if we would have a seat and let her take our order! Back story , we arrived at 9:10 and was told that the indoor dining was closed. I asked what time they close and I was told 10, but they wanted to get started and asked us to sit outside. We submitted ( the same thing happened last week) we where there 13 minutes and have not even had anyone acknowledge that we are here. We love this place but can not continue to condone this service. The bacon wrapped filet USDA choice certified Angus. Cooked to perfection. Was told mashed potatoes were home made , not !!!! Green beans with bacon delicious but cut too small and seems to me they were frozen. Key lime pie was home made. The service was not up to par. Asked a waitres for a refill and was told yes and totally blew me off. Service is terrible but I give three stars for the near alone and the cookery of it. Too bad service sucks big time. This could be an excellent beach casual steak house
great outdoor space..shrimp cocktail..crawfish..fried oyster basket were all delicious. crawfish and oysters were big. Always enjoy the Pee Wee Bowen Band. It was a great date night.
There was a wait, but it was worth it! The food was great, and the service was too. I have a daughter with special needs and she was in a wheel chair. They were very accommodating. She LOVED the band and the atmosphere. We will be back.
Chicken and Sausage gumbo was served with fried okra on top - delicious! Will be back!
I had the all-you-can-eat pork ribs special. The ribs were huge and meaty. The BBQ sauce was just perfect not or too sweet. The pie was delish. Our server was was top notch and the Manager came by to check all was okay.
Got there just before the crowd started rolling in at six during happy hour. Great atmosphere inside and out. The sausage plate appetizer was killer. I ordered the Country Fried Steak sandwich (Tom's Dude) and it was wonderful; large, hanging way out the bun, with a side of gravy to pour over it or dip it in.
