I have eaten here many times before but today the food was off. I had the chicken fried steak and it was very bland tasting today. Also the Texas toast was barely buttered and under toasted. Last couple of times I have eaten there the quality seems to be going down. Hope it gets back to as good as it was before.
Great evening so far good drinks and food. Music is awesome and believe it or not it is not that hot outside.
Amazing place, wonderful service, fantastic food. We will visit again for sure!! Their porterhouse was very good. Thick and juicy!!
Best fried pickles I've had. Catfish was also great. Portions are huge. I ate like a pig and couldn't finish my dinner.
My family and I moved to the area a month ago and we were told to try. We did and had fantastic service and food. So tonight we went again and we had co-workers from out of town with us. We waited and waited for a table while they continued to seat MANY others before us, pretty sure they forgot about us and then said we were next....which we were not!!!! Service was a little slow getting the food out and there weren't that many ppl there, but the food was awesome!!
Thank you Captain Terry for the recommendation. Place is outstanding from the service, the live blues, right down to the food. Trinity, our server, was the best we have had in the Houston area yet. Get the ribs, get the marinated Ribeye, and the green beans. We will definitely be back.

Very disappointed! I heard about this place through a friend and they really enjoyed it so I took my family. We must have went on a bad afternoon or just sat in the wrong section. I have a 10 min rule: after I am seated and 10 minutes pass before anyone comes to the table for the drink order I walk out. Well, we almost walked...we ordered our drinks and the sun was hitting in our face so we moved to another table.
