Bobby was wonderful! He kept in close contact during my whole roofing experience. I chose T Bare Roofing because of their high ethic rating and five star reviews. I was informed of what to expect on roofing day and how to prepare for it. Jasmine was a helpful contact on roof day. The workers were all polite and worked hard. My roof was completed in one day with thorough clean up. The roof looks terrific! I would happily use their services again.
Marcus knocked on my door offering an inspection to my house for free, I let him know I already had the work scheduled with a different company. He took the time to explain my paperwork from insurance I had questions on still. Really impressed by him and the company he works for I will be recommending my friends and family to T Bare in the future.
I was super happy and relieved after Juan Canut inspected my property. He gave me a free inspection and did not find enough damage to where he thought I should get it replaced. I had it inspected by my previous Contractor who installed my Impact Resistant roof 4 months ago and told me it was damaged with no proof. Juan provided a photo report of his inspection with proof of all the damages he found, I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company. I now know who to call if I have any roofing needs!
They charged us for things they didn't even. Do like window screens . And didn't communicate with us about anything. Very disappointed. Also broke our basketball hoop. they also offered to remove a old satellite dish without telling us they would charge
