The first one caused my cuticle to bleed, and when I pointed it out, she didn’t even apologize — instead, she wiped it off and rudely said she knew what she was doing. The best nails in all of Virginia! I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never had an issue. Staff is kind and friendly even when faced with customers trying to negotiate price. Pay these techs well, they are the best and deserve the respect!
