I visited the nail salon and paid $75 for a Gel-X set with a plain color and tip. Overall, the service was good, but there was excess nail glue left underneath several nails. This can happen when too much glue is applied and spills under the tip during curing. The technician filed down most of the excess form the other nails, but a few nails were missed. Save yourself the trouble and your money — go somewhere else. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon today. Two different technicians worked on my nails. The first one caused my cuticle to bleed, and when I pointed it out, she didn’t even apologize — instead, she wiped it off and rudely said she knew what she was doing. I hoped things would improve with the second technician, but unfortunately, it got worse. The best nails in all of Virginia! I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never had an issue. Staff is kind and friendly even when faced with customers trying to negotiate price. Pay these techs well, they are the best and deserve the respect!
