They are frauds. They will give you a quote and when you're car is ready to get picked up they'll give you a different price. They are just making up issues your vehicle doesn't have to get more money out of people. My husband had to call for over 3 weeks to get updates on our suv and they would say that it wasn't ready yet only to be told after a month that we had to pay $1,000 or they would keep my vehicle.
