I made an appointment online, 3-4 days ago, filled out PAGES AND PAGES of new patient forms, got a confirmation text, messaged about out of pocket and cost, heard back, got up Saturday morning 8am my husband and I got dressed just to get a phone call from this office saying "we don't do new patient appointments on Saturday." I asked how could that be, I got a confirmation. "She should have told you that." This girl replied to me. They SHOULD HAVE HONORED the appointment due to a clear lack in staff communication or simple ov... read more
