Went here to adjust a tennis bracelet a few weeks back. Needed it shortened. Nick helped to remove a few links. He was knowledgeable and also very personable. Respectable establishment and excellent service.
Went in to get my ring modified. When I explained the modification the only answer I got was "no it cannot be done". When asked why and if no other jeweller would do it, I got "if someone is stupid enough then may be". I found this interaction very unprofessional and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to this jewelry store a few times to repair a broken chain and pendant, and every experience has been great. The owner is always kind, helpful, and provides excellent service. One time the hook on my chain opened a little, and he kindly fixed it for free in just a few minutes. Highly recommended!
Their customer service is exceptional and their jewellery is gorgeous! I go to them every time I’m looking for something or need repairs to my watches or jewellery pieces. I highly recommend them!
