AWFUL. Avoid this company at all costs. No communication. Incomplete work. Made plans they could not complete.
I wish I could have these guys a zero. Not only did they not listen to me but they broke some of my very expensive items that were carefully stored in a room they promised they would enter. I am beyond livid! The flooring is such a bad job I asked my i durance to withhold funds so that I can have the flooring redone properly. Do not let SystemCare on your property. They are a numbered company who operates as a franchise of SystemCare and have no assets if something goes wrong and you need to sue them. In our case, a three-month job turned into nine months, and they they walked off the job. The work was substandard, and the invoice was bloated. We sued for the right to sue the parent company and lost, contravening 25 years of case law. They then inflated their legal costs and got a judgement for that. They ruined our lives.
5 stars? No. More like 6. . My house was damaged by a faulty fridge waterline. I went through Allstate Insurance and System Care showed up. Their team handled everything from beginning to the very end and were absolutely amazing. From mold mitigation, tare out, drywall install, paint etc. right to cleaning and moving my stuff back in.
