Customer service lacking in a big way. Hard to get return calls, texts or emails without repeated hounding. Does not take certain credit cards advertised that they do.

Our experience working with you to complete a job has been the worst customer service we have ever encountered. Phone calls not returned, conflicting answers to questions, excuses for lack of work, no follow through, and I could go on. It began with a poorly done plumbing fix and has ended with our having to go elsewhere to finish the ceiling repair that has been scheduled at least 3 times and includes at least 3 no-shows.

Our hot water heater had not worked properly since it was installed last November. The installation was shockingly sloppy and leaking, but the worst problem for us was that when the HEATER was on, we had NO COLD WATER. Last Monday, William Jennings from System Service & Engineering, Inc., knocked on the front door. He was prompt, professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and DETERMINED to make everything right. He did. THANK YOU, WILLIAM!!!! YOU ROCK!
This company fixed the AC at my son’s apartment after many tries from the maintenance team to fix the situation for three months. Matt, Aaron, Jacob, thanks for all your help, especially Matt who spent hours at their place fixing it. Thanks to Jonathan Shoots for pushing this through quickly. You guys are the best.
