Worse customer service ever!!!! Spoke to the woman names Renee?? and she sounds like YELLING to customer and talked like it's our fault since one of her employees gave out wrong information to us. System-Aire replaced my system 2 years ago. My bills dropped 19% like they said. So now I am posting this after a couple of years experience with them. More to say thank you! They even installed a third party IAQ filtering system. No more allergies in my home! Sleeping through the night a great welcome.
