The experience I had with Systek was so bad that I question how anyone could rate it above one star. They completely lied about when my computer would be ready and were wholly unapologetic and rude when I showed up to collect it and take it elsewhere. Systek actually made me mad enough for me to take the time out of my day just to write about how terrible they were.
This is a shout out to Virginia at Systek Computing for helping me out today. My portable hard drive plug broke and was inside the hard drive. Virginia took the case off of my hard drive then put it into a portable hard drive shell. Saving me from losing data and buying a new hard drive. The shell was half the price of a new hard drive.
By far, one of the worst. I'd go into a lengthy explanation, but they've already wasted enough of my time. Absolutely horrible.
Wonderful company with excellent customer service. In addition very supportive of families and their community.
