I cannot recommend Systek Computing highly enough! Extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They went above and beyond in researching the very outdated programs on my laptop that I needed transferred to my new laptop. They are excellent!

They gave me good service. Updated me every day on the status of the repair and actually got it out faster than they said. Ended up being cheaper than they quoted me
Spent $60 so they would look at it. Said corrupted hard drive and that I needed a new hard drive every 2-3 yrs. My friends and family in IT said that's a lie. A friend who fixed my computer for free said there was some spyware and viruses but even reformatting wasn't necessary. This place wanted $240+ for parts and labor. Reminded me of another bad business "just brakes". Definitely letting the chamber of commerce and geek squad know about them.
An essential peice of hardware suddenly broke on my laptop and I was desperately trying to find a way to have it quickly fixed because IIt was unusable in its current condition. I have used Systek for years and have always been thoroughly pleased. This experience was different. I did not have the attention of the man I checked in with nor did he give the information I provided him to the technicians. I love the people I know as Systek. At check-out seeing familiar faces was comforting. I want to be able to trust Systek again. I will definitely use Systek again.
