I am currently waiting to get into an apartment with your company. And to say that I am irritated is an understatement. I applied in December. Have been waiting and waiting. I get told March 1st, then it's March 10th, then it's March 17th. Well my application expires on the 25th. So is it your staffs plan to just string me out and tell me to bad, so sad? I have been couch surfing since I was told the 1st, I moved out of my previous residence. So tell me, will I really have a damn apartment in a week???
I just fell down my sister's concrete stairs with my 6 month old infant. The stairs have been CAKED with ice since before Christmas the manger Cindy Goodrich was extremely rude and said she has a ice melt log which is obviously falsified! I have pictures of the stairs in question to prove It! She is extremely rude and obviously not trained in incident reports or how to professionally handle a situation! They do not provide a safe property
Northwood Place Apartments is a great property, great staff, Jeannie Logan is a great property manager, helpful, professional,...anything positive would be remarkable and very much appreciated!
