I DO NOT RECOMMEND SYRINGA MANAGEMENT! The leases for our complex in Idaho Falls have been changed and changed giving ultimate authority to the property manager.
completely unorganized. we have had to repeat filling out paperwork 5 times since March and because of the multiple changes in rent we now owe $600.00 in back rent because of this and because of our manager not telling us the correct amount of rent we owed. we have never been late on a rent payment in 3 years until you guys took over our apartment complex this year.
in the process of taking over the complex where I live the landscaping was ignored last fall, now we have leaves rotting our new grass AND no online rent portal during the pandemic stay home order we also have a property manager that won't do a dam thing hoping things get better
They are awful managers. I live in Rexburg ID and they have no one on site to help with maintenance or answer simple questions. Requested someone to come do a basic management duty of plowing the ice off of the entrance of the apartment parking lot and they showed up after several phone calls, pulled in, looked around and left without doing anything. HORRIBLE DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!
Actually get management would be super helpful, and get off their butt and do something. Nothing gets done and nothing ever will. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone to get something done because they are not organized and do not care about their residents.
by getting competent managers who are not biased. ones who dont make hostile living conditions and then threaten to evict. one who is not biased and believes crap with no proof.
horrible compamy Syringa property management took over our complex as of nov.1st, our on site managercalled me saying this new property management, doesnt not accept payment arrangements or late payments. rent is due the 5th, morning of the 6th 3 day pay or vacate morning of the 10th(if rent is not paid by the 9th) vacate the premises is 24hrs
