I had a terrible experience at this shop. After my car got hit I took my car here and my case, if you wanna call it that, was handled by one man who I won’t name. He had my email and phone number and assured me there would be updates, I never found out anything unless I was the one who called and I’d casually be told stuff like “we found supplemental damage to your vehicle” which I’m glad they found obviously but when was I going to be informed? My experience at this place was horrible. I was deceived into thinking the final cost of repairs was one amount while unauthorized work was allegedly performed to the tune of an additional $900.
They've had my vehicle for over a month. They don't answer the phone. When I go to the shop they've said "Next" week 3 × in a row. Today, they said "Maybe Friday "?!
