Every time my doctor Schedules a blood test the lab says there is nothing in their system. I drive 30 plus miles one way to the VA.
Almost all of the medical staff I have interacted with here have been wonderful. However, that doesn't really matter if you can't get an appointment with anyone!! It has gone really downhill over the last year and a half. Whenever I message my provider for various concerns they keep telling me "oh the scheduler will call you to set up an appointment." My Son is a Veteran and was told he needs to see a specialist for his ear and they would call him for an appt. That was three months ago, no call! Every time he tries to call Otology dept they are closed! He tired calling his primary and all they do is transfer him to otology which is closed!! How can they be closed all the time!!!!
I’ve been trying to get ahold of Medtronic for my dad and even for the va no one will answer. Yes I do blame the va because they are supposed to speak for us veterans
