Opening the letter with new patient info required before being seen.. the first page is the financial agreement that requires a signature.. this gives off passive aggressive vibes.. Why should we as patients be required to sign a legally binding financial agreement before knowing the fees for a consultation/ actual treatment? Is this patient priority or profit priority?

Over $1500 for a consultation! On top of a quoted price for the inplant! Get a quote in writing before you commit. Passed on having the implant. They overcharge. Dishonest.
Very kind and patient helped our son after a car accident with pulling cracked teeth.
Dr.Bourgeois, Jennifer, and Valerie were all hospitable and accommodating, they walked me through the whole procedure and I was already so at ease that I fell asleep before the sleepy meds, and I woke up relatively pain free from wisdom teeth procedure. I would recommend if there's a concerning matter that requires a dedicated and delicate team.
