Worst administrative care imaginable. Do not go here if you're a caretaker. They will never update billing and phone information and mysteriously lose your hippa approval that has been in place for years. At the same time despite the fact you've updated contact info for the person you assist they will still send bills and voicemails to that person making their day horrible with the angst and confusion it gives them. Dr Lee is by far the most genuine and caring doctor. My father went in for symptoms and needed some testing. Dr Lee has guided my father the whole way and took everything very serious. We are so thankful for the nurses, reception and Dr Lee for helping us in a difficult time and continuing to be there for my father even though his care (for now) is now with surgeons and oncology.
Everyone at the office was super nice and helpful in scheduling follow up appointments.
Called for 3 weeks straight & left multiple voicemails and never got my phone call returned. I had to go to different promos because no one would ever answer.
