Jake always does a thorough job of cleaning our furnace and checking the humidifier pad. He remembered that we have only one ceiling vent in the basement and pointed out that a floor register was actually for heat output rather than air intake.

Great service and price. Efficient, professional installation. Pristine cleanup. Every aspect of our new furnace, AC and thermostat was explained by the technicians, who also answered all of my follow-up questions professionally and patiently. Also very impressed by the condition and cleanliness of the Syracuse Energy Systems trucks in our driveway! This company is excellent and pays attention to the details.

I had a wonderful heating and air conditioning service call with Phil, who explained some ways to extend the life of my air conditioner since it pretty old, but a Carrier classic. Took care of an issue in the furnace box, and showed me how to check it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Have been with this company for over 15 years.
