You will not be able to get ahold of whoever is in there, even though you're "allowed" to. They will simply put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. It's incredibly disrespectful.
If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into. Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them.
