I had him do a PA inspection a few days ago. He told me my emergency brake, rear bushings, front sway bar and rear brakes needed replaced to pass. Quoted me $1,000. Got a second opinion and turned out to be just rear pads. $19 for new pads and I am inspected.
I have gone to this guy for 14 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are great, the service is fast and always done right the first time. I have never had such a honest mechanic in my life until now and that is why I have been going there for so long. He also explains everything in detail but where you can understand it. I was looking for a new mechanic (OK I'm always looking for a new mechanic) and came across this guy. He hasn't been open long, but I figured I would give it a shot. I never seem to get a good experience for the 'simple' work or PA state inspections, but everything went great. Prices were fair and work was timely and clean. So far so good. I'll use him again.
