Absolute hidden gem! The ambiance here is wonderful from the repurposed grain facility that the distillery is built within to the garden and plants surrounding it. I had a beat vodka drink which was filled with local charm and culture and a refreshing gin and berry drink as well. The owner is also super nice and full of great stories.
I hear the layed back atmosphere in one of their sitting rooms is perfect for enjoying a cold beverage. They also have an espresso machine. Great breve after a coctale or two. I hear the rum drink is so good you will be hooked first marinated cherry and orange wedge to complement the perfect t Rum drink. A must visit. Step back in time and relax in an oversized leather chair sipping a delicious cocktail
Creative cocktail menu was the only positive. Spirits were just ok with the exception of the rose gin. Not a welcoming environment- the bartender basically ignored us.
One of the best lil gems in Greeley! Great drinks-from alcohol to coffee! Nibbles too choose from & dogs are welcome, there are plants everywhere! What else do you need?!
