Bank allowed a company company to scammed me out of 120.00 and then sent me a letter stating that I could dispute it after 5 days of the later and got the letter on day 7 so I can't dispute it.

There are a few issues here. First, I can hardly speak with anyone at this branch because they do not answer their phone! Second, if you want to work with a home loan specialist, I would highly advise NOT working with John Johnsey. I submitted a mortgage application online, and a hard inquiry immediately hit my credit report. John required more information, and I submitted it all to him within 24 hours.
