I have banked with Synovus for well over a decade. I basically inherited Jack Bragg as my banker at this branch, and I could not have been any luckier. He is awesome to work with, and he does a great job following up on anything I need from him. Additionally, his staff there is amazing as well. Renee, Elouise, and Neil are all VERY customer service oriented, and they treat you like they would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. I highly recommend Jack Bragg and Synovus Bank.

This is such a great bank to work with. Jack is so nice and on top of my accounts. If you need help with banking - this is the place to go! Their products are great and the staff at this branch are so nice and helpful.

We chose Synovus because they used to own TSYS Payment Solutions. I make a lot of international purchases with my business, and our previous bank kept randomly flagging those purchases as fraudulent. We wanted a local bank where everyone would recognize us and say hi when we walked in the door, but we also needed a bank large enough to have a good grasp of international transactions.
