I am very happy with my doctor, Andrew Seltzer, as he understands what causes affect my pain. He listens to my concerns and doesn't rush me. He is very caring I highly recommend
I am usually a very patient and understanding person but this reseda office has been thee worst with communication, updating records, and following direction! I have messaged my provider through the portal (they say that and text is the "quickest way to get response") and haven't heard back regarding info I need for PT in over a month! The office/referral people have been messing up referrals and I clearly explain what's been going on and how to fix it and all they keep saying is; "we've submitted a referral and you're appro... read more
My experience is very pleasant. The staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor was really informative about my condition in the treatments available to me. They were very encouraging and understanding.
