I wish I could put 0 stars. Such horrific, dismissive, robotic service. Maybe not all the employees but whoever was just on the phone was speaking like a robot. The provider called us more than an hour late yesterday at 5 pm but today we are told the provider can’t call us in time when the office failed to tend to a necessary refill in a timely manner. Would’ve been 5 stars BUT IM A NEW PATIENT AND I GOT TO STAY IN PAIN FOR AT LEASE A WHOLE “MONTH” before I can get HELP.🤨 I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP AT MY AGE.
They treat me well, and listen to my complaints. Great!
Friendly staff and attentive doctors thoughtful and patient if my body didn’t need procedures no pressure - I have no complaints - lol maybe not have Fox News on in lobby maybe game shows or less controversial news agency- 🤟❤️🩹☮️
