I have had nothing but pleasant experiences overall with Synovation. The office is more than fine, parking is easy. It would be nice to have after hours to 6 pm or even Saturday hours. I really appreciate the opening at 7:30 am, the first 3 weeks of the month. Helps me to arrange an early appointment and not miss much work. Overall I enjoy my experience as a patient at Synovation

waited 2 months to get a trigger shot just to drive all the way out from Simi to be told they have no power and have to reschedule, problem is they never call, they don't answer phones. the entire company sucks

I hate the day I walked into this office .I would normally travel to Simi Valley location (26 miles) from me , but this day I went there to give urine .when I walked in the staff was very unprofessional the first thing they said am I from the courts or aa ( grant you I was from neither) the place was very unclean as well .so once I told them why I was there and they saw my insurance they had a nicer way of speaking .they took a cup & scribbled my name and sent me to a bathroom that had no sign on it ( male, female , or gende... read more
