I had an appointment a couple weeks ago. I got there signed in. 15 minutes later they call me to let me know they have to reschedule. I ran out of meds because prescription on file expires. When i finally do get them was told it would be called in by end of day. It was and could be filled if it was still 2024. No one returned pharmacy call back. It's usually not too bad of a wait time. Dr. Sawiris is very knowledgeable. I'm finally getting somewhat better after years of bad pain, do to a botched knee replacement in 2012.
