My experience there has been amazing. I have the best doctor Karen Kelly I’ve been there for 15 years left or a couple because of insurance purposes, but I get the best treatment there.
Efficient and compassionate service. The staff was respectful, and my mom’s appointment went smoothly from start to finish. My mom was in great pain, the doctor (Karen Kelly) took extra time to understand her needs and offered clear options, making her feel at ease. The meds she prescribed help eased her pain. The care provided was exceptional. I would definitely Karen Kelly at Synovation Medical Group to anyone looking for a great pain management specialist.

I recently visited the Corona location with my mother (who is the patient) on 11/13/25. My mother has intense pain due to PAD (which resulted into an above-the-knee amputation) and multiple pressure ulcers that have resulted into a gaping hole in her sacral region. The pain is so great that my mother was screaming on the ride to the office, while in the examination room, and on the ride home. Of the 2 meds given, my mother was prescribed Butrans patches.
