Staff never returned my calls/ messages. They schedule an appointment for us, and then they were close for training and didn't bother to let us know...
I’ve been seeing Caryn for years. She and the staff are some of the most caring people I have ever come across. I hate to recommend them because I don’t want them to get even busier than they already are but I can’t help but praise them.
I was first introduced to Caren Axel Kelly through my daughter who had been referred to her. I was so impressed with her level of care and kindness that I left the pain management group I was with for 5yrs in Orange County. It is so refreshing to have a practitioner that listens and actually cares about you. It is a busy office and appointments aren’t easy to get but there is a reason for that. I am willing to wait a little bit of time for the level of care. I would recommend
The staff is always kind and takes care of patients with utmost care. I enjoy my appointments with Dr Caryn she listens to my medical needs and tries to find a solution. Jasmine and Leilani are wonderful and attentive always.
Easy to find. Clean place. Good vibes. A little bit over waiting. Doctor very nice and understandable.
