Great experience doing a DIY job with Synlawn Ohio Valley. Worked with Nick who helped plan the job and arrange everything for pick-up. The staff at the office were great and loaded up the turf and supplies. They even lent me the staple gun to tack down our Pet Premium turf. Completed the 10 by 12 foot job in 1 1/2 days. Looks great and the dogs love it!
The SYNlawn representatives and application crew were all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The two gentlemen from Synlawn that repaired my turf (I messed up my turf not Synlawn) were excellent! Their first names had the initials T&T and they were dynamite!! They were knowledgeable, professional friendly and extremely customer focused. From scheduling the service to job completed I highly recommend their services.
SYNLawn of Ohio Valley installed a “puppy run” in the courtyard of our new home in early 2021. His team arrived on time and prepared the area very professionally, making sure that the appropriate grade was made to ensure proper drainage. They completed the entire installation as scheduled. They fully explained what upkeep was needed or suggested to keep it looking new.
