Great experience working with Andrew and the crew at SYNLawn. I own an electric Garland 302 vacuum/sweeper I use to clean my artificial turf. I was struggling to find a new brush roller for it as this product is made and distributed in Europe and Australia. After several days, and quite a number of referrals, I got in touch with Andrew from SYNLawn and was able to get a replacement brush roller sent to me. These guys were awesome to work with. I have been planting grass every spring / fall for 13 years in my Small courtyard and finally had enough..... My neighbor referred Synlawn as they had it installed. I called on a Monday and they could get me in that week prior to a big installation job. I met with Andrew Motes who looked at the area and listened to what I wanted for some perennial plants to remain. He worked up a quote and within 2 days they were here installing the turf. Andrew and his entire team were creative in updating our putting green as our first one thru them lasted 17 years! He kept us informed throughout the process and was able to fit us in between jobs. They are all nice, flexible, thoughtful and the install crew did a fabulous job too and meticulous, which was appreciated. Thanks so much as we look forward to our next 17 years on this green.
