Great turf, used it for my golf simulator and it's perfect and very professional!
The two gentlemen from Synlawn that repaired my turf (I messed up my turf not Synlawn) were excellent! Their first names had the initials T&T and they were dynamite!! They were knowledgeable, professional friendly and extremely customer focused. From scheduling the service to job completed I highly recommend their services.
SYNLawn of Ohio Valley installed a “puppy run” in the courtyard of our new home in early 2021. His team arrived on time and prepared the area very professionally, making sure that the appropriate grade was made to ensure proper drainage. They completed the entire installation as scheduled. They fully explained what upkeep was needed or suggested to keep it looking new. The sales rep (Jeff) was awesome - took time to understand our issues and asked lots of questions about how we wanted to use the space before making a recommendation on what we should do. He thoroughly explained the process and what we should expect. The installers were courteous, quick and left the space cleaner than they found it. We are in a condo and have a large deck with an additional 11X11 fenced in space for our dogs. We were unsuccessful with grass seed and sod and this last snow left us with a solid mud pit. Synlawn was extremely professional and were very proud of their work. It was meticulous. I had to wait a bit until they could get to me, but the wait was well worth it! I was amazed at the steps that were involved to install this small piece of artificial turf. Their accomplishments are many and I'm just a tiny one. Many people in this community have stopped by to say how nice my patio looks! Ask my pups how convenient it is for them as well!
