They make it look pretty during the installation than the Michigan weather doesn’t agree with their turf or their installation and it all falls apart and then they end up ghosting you after many empty promises! Spent tens of thousands of dollars only to end up with an embarrassment. More empty promises even recently.
They did a great job in my backyard!

I can’t stress enough to stay far away from the company, they charge insane prices and do terrible work, they promise a 25 year warranty but will stop answering the second they get their money. Stay far away from this company. Multiple spots in the lawn are sinking, clear areas where the seems show, many other issues they refuse to fix or address.
Very poor work and response time, we had an install done on our home and after they got payment the company stopped responding completely, they promised 25 year warranty but disappeared the day we paid them.
