Ask lots of questions. The team is slow to respond to inquiries or service. Their installation team punctured my irrigation system and they won’t acknowledge or call me back. This was my last resort to post a negative review! Buyer be aware!!!
Update: This company does a poor job with communication. I’ve had my turf for 3 years now and I called to get some maintenance done on it (for the first time). I called in march and they told me they begin doing it in early April and I’d be on a list. I waited a couple weeks into April and hadn’t heard from them. I called and was told they hadn’t started yet and that I was on a list. Called again after not hearing from them and they told me they don’t schedule it- they’ll just call me when they can come the day of and asked ... read more
