I thought the good reviews were too good to be true since this place looks like crap but it’s close to my house so I gave it a try. Big mistake. Charged $200 for an oil and air filter change. They told me I had to have full synthetic but my 2011 Civic has never had full synthetic. I was the only car there and I waited over an hour. I watched as employees hung out and got quality time for the last 20 minutes, no one was working on my car during that entire time and then suddenly someone came and told me it was ready. I was referred by a friend. When I arrived I was told I "needed" full synthetic oil (not "recommended"). This was my first oil change since purchasing car, so I hadn't researched what was required. Meanwhile, even before I was quoted a price they had already started working on my car. As soon as he quoted price, I was in shock. One of the best service i ever had. Erick was awesome and helped me what my car need in upcoming maintenance. He give honest great advice and also good customer service. Ill be back!!
