Worthless. What a waste of time and money. I go to these places to save my time. Instead I spend an hour before they even touched my vehicle. Went with a 20 dollar Groupon that they apparently don't accept then when I ask for their advertised 30 dollar oil change they are out of that oil and can only give me synthetic for 90 dollars... after all that they couldn't even reset my maintenance warning in the vehicle. Next time I won't be so lazy and will check the reviews of a place before going.
Hello, I have read many of these reviews about Synfast Oil Change and I am little surprise on what I have read. I have been bring them my truck for the past 5 years and every time I go, I get quality service. Yes, oil changes can be expensive, trust me I know, I have a Porsche and it cost $250.00 for the change, but hey I wanted the car so I pay the price. I wish I could rate this shop zero stars. I came in for a routine oil change and the guy I spoke with quoted almost $100, ($84 with taxes!!!! ) I dont drive a Benz, and he acted as if it's the most normal thing ever to quote of nearly $100 for a Buick. Ridiculous. Sham! Needless to say. I went elsewhere and got my routine oil change for $55 with taxes. Stay away!!!
Great experience. People are very professional and knowledgeable. It's nice to know someone local you can trust! Thanks for the awesome service.
