Ever since I took my car for just an oil change, I have now had issues. Got a great groupom price. Friendly staff but...
Disappointed, in a word. First time in to try a groupon, and I won't be coming back. Oil change was about 10 to 15 minutes, which was pretty good. Had to pay on top of the coupon; not good. Didn't have a reader or any method of technology to read coupons or other; everything is paper and entered manually. AC does not work in lobby. In the desert. Didn't know how to reset maintenance light. Worse, the tech lied saying it was a factory maintenance warning. Not true, as I have reset it myself, as have other service facilities. ... read more
