I have been seeing Dr. Hoff for over 3 years now. I came in with a multitude of issues with my low back, hips, mid back, shoulders, and neck. She has even helped me when I had vertigo a year ago. I highly recommend the sauna and cold plunge. The exercise equipment is top notch and the cleanliness of the facility is always consistent. Couldn't recommend this practice more! I started seeing Dr. Hoff due to knee pain I've been dealing with since an injury and surgery several years ago. Through a combination of physical therapy and Emsculpt Neo treatment, I have regained so much strength in the muscles around my knee and have had a noticeable decrease in pain! I really appreciate how Dr. Hoff takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I've also seen several of the massage therapists at Synergy for upper back/neck pain, and they have all been wonderful.
The team is very knowledgeable and great to work with. They always know exactly how help fix the pain I'm dealing with. Everyone's so nice and easy to chat with. The location is very nice with a great workout area. I would recommend this team to anyone feeling any kind of pain as I'm sure they will be able to help.
