Dr. Kait Hoff is an absolute miracle worker. At 29 weeks pregnant, I was hit with excruciating SI joint and nerve pain that completely sidelined me; I could barely sit, stand, or walk. I have been seeing Dr. Hoff for over 3 years now. I came in with a multitude of issues with my low back, hips, mid back, shoulders, and neck. She has even helped me when I had vertigo a year ago. I highly recommend the sauna and cold plunge. The exercise equipment is top notch and the cleanliness of the facility is always consistent. Couldn't recommend this practice more! I started seeing Dr. Hoff due to knee pain I've been dealing with since an injury and surgery several years ago. Through a combination of physical therapy and Emsculpt Neo treatment, I have regained so much strength in the muscles around my knee and have had a noticeable decrease in pain! I really appreciate how Dr. Hoff takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I've also seen several of the massage therapists at Synergy for upper back/neck pain, and they have all been wonderful.
