Not impressed with the customer service – Based on my friend (a regular at Synergy)'s recommendation, my fiancee got me a git certificate at Synergy. I went for my facial on 1/06/07 with eager expecation, but promptly disappointed: 1. Staff service was mediocre. I reminded the spa twice (at reservation, and at confirmation) that I'd need a consultation first, so that I can choose a best facial options for me. I feel it necessary to comment on three of the issues mentioned above 1.The front desk does not decide what facial a client is going to receive, that is the job of our estheticians, unless the client requests a specific facial 2. We do provide a 15 min. comp. consult to all new clients. In this case the client arrived 15 mins. late and to not cut the service time short a quicker consult was done. Very Professional, and very clean, and superb service – I have been going to Synergy Spa for over a year. I have had a corporate day, where I took designers from around Raleigh and had lunch served to them while they had pedicures. They loved it! I also go to have facials, massages for myself. The only Spa I would go to in this area is Synergy. A great place to get pampered. Thanks WW
Wow! What an experience! – As a forty-something man who had never experienced a manicure, let alone a pedicure, I was a bit apprehensive when I received a gift from Synergy Spa including a gentleman's manicure, facial, and pedicure. My apprehension melted away with the warmth and comforting understanding of the staff at Synergy Spa. Each staff member explained each procedure as well as their high standards for cleanliness and safety. The Service was out of this world – Even though I have only been there once, the service was out of this world! I was there to get a skin treatment ans before I left, I knew how to properly take care of not only the affected area but the rest of my skin as well. The atmosphere was amazing and it put me at ease from the moment that I walked in. I am going to go back and be pampered again-Mind, Body adn Soul! I highly recommend this place!
Healing Powers – I had an agonizing pain in my neck for over 6 months. There was literally a knot in my neck that was so uncomfortable. I had been to a physical therapists for months with no results. One Saturday morning I woke up and decided that I was really tense and wanted to treat myself to a massage. Synergy fit me in for a same day appointment and that is when the healing began.
